Base Office Module

The HVAC and Plumbers Pack Base Office Module provides the direct link to your customers in QuickBooks. Complete customer work order and equipment history is available along with customer notes, electronic attachments and preventative maintenance agreements. Service dispatch and scheduling along with your visual calendar(s) for scheduling are also part of this Base Office Module.

Creating new service calls and installation work orders are simple.

Just click the New Work Order button to begin. The customers work order entry screen below will appear. Select the type of work order from a simple drop-down list and complete the form. After the information has been entered the work order will automatically be transferred to your visual calendar for scheduling. It’s that simple. Watch the video here.
