Base Office Module – Scheduling and History

The HVAC and Plumbers Pack Base Office Module provides a seamless integration to your QuickBooks customers and immediate access to your customer history. This is also the heart of your service operations with complete scheduling and dispatching of new customer service calls.

As part of the Base Office Modules you will also have access to our Call Center feature and Management Insights Graphs.

The Call Center feature allows you to record all of your incoming telephone messages to help improve your customer service response time and eliminate lost messages. You can quickly review all of the outstanding messages by employee or company-wide using the unique Information Dashboards.

The Management Insights Graphs ( similar to the QuickBooks Insight Graphs) allow you to see graphical snap-shots with drill-down capability for items like: Technician Profitability, Call Backs, Gross Sales by Sales Rep, Unbilled Work Orders, Active Agreements and Renewals Pending and Sales Conversions.

You will also have immediate access to all of your customers prior history, notes and communications, electronic attachments, and preventative maintenance schedules. This is the key to providing quality customer service and eliminating stress in the office.

Creating a new service job is extremely simple.¬†Just click the New Work Order button to begin. The customers work order entry screen below will appear already filled out with the customer information to eliminate double entry. Just select the type of service from a simple drop-down list and Save to your scheduling calendar. It’s really that simple. Take a minute to watch this video.
